Guidelines for guests


Please review our guest guidelines to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience at Spa Nijoli and Salon


Credit cards required when booking: Please provide your credit card number when booking an appointment.  We prefer credit card only transactions.


For the safety of our little ones: We are very concerned about the safety of our children, please do not leave them unattended in the reception area. Children are not allowed in the spa to preserve the tranquil environment, unless they are having a service.


Massage policy for minors: Massage therapy can be a wonderful experience for teens and children. For the safety and comfort of our young clients, we require that a parent or guardian be present in the room during the massage for anyone 17 years old or younger.


House charge: There is a $3.50 charge per visit. This charge helps cover the dramatic increase of products and the overall cost of doing business over the past few years.   As a company rather raising prices on each individual service, we have incorporated a visit charge.


Cancellations: We require 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule shorter appointments and 48 hour notice for packages or services longer than two hours. Please call the salon if you need to reschedule. All no-show appointments will be charged the full price of the service as we are trying to service all our Nijoli guests.  Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50% (or more).


Refunds:  We do not refund hair services, but will happily correct any miscommunications with the original stylist within 10 days.


Text Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages from our business regarding appointments, account notifications, and other business-related communications. Message and data rates may apply. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.


Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any mobile information collected through our website or communication channels will be used solely for business-related purposes, including customer support and appointment communications. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
